[30506] http://helenesgenes.com/Snow.html reports "Isaac Snow was a sea captain and was away from home much of the time. His wife, Polly Paine, used to worry about him when he was away at sea. When a storm would blow, she used to say, "Blow high, blow low, right through the Whimsey House. Poor Isaac's dead I know." Poor Isaac never did die at sea, but lived to a ripe old age and died at home. As a result of Polly's little verse, the Isaac Snow home became known as the Whimsey House."
