Find A Grave memorial 143371550 states " Body lost at sea, Specifically: He died in a shipwrecked near No Man's Island, Nova Scotia, Canada" and offers: "Joshua Randall married Rhoda Chesebrough, March 3, 1767, Stonington, New London County, CT. They had five known children: Prudence, Rhoda, Hannah, Joshua Jr., and Chesebrough. Per "Genealogy of a Branch of the Randall Family, 1666-1879", pg. 23: "After the death of Rhoda, the first wife of Joshua Randall, he removed to Newport R.I., where married a second wife. In the fall of 1808 he sailed from that port and was shortly after shipwrecked on No Man's Island, where he perished from cold and exposure, the date of which we have not been able to learn."'
