He is survived by his wifel Phyllis (Beal) Beal; and one son, Alan R. Beal ol Jonesport; one daughter, Mrs. Janice Mitchell of Bangor; one brother, Clinton Beal of Beals; four sisters, Mrs. Ernest (Alfreda) Libby, Mrs. Shirley (Etta) Kelley Mrs Lloyd (Iona) Woodward and Mrs John (Ernestine) Alley, all of Beals; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins; one aunt a brother-in-law, Capt. Whitney Newcomb of Jonesport and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ida K. Beal of Jonesport."
