Michael is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Jo-Anna; son, Drew; daughters, Becky Carter and her husband, Roy, and Katie Bray; grandchildren, Joey and Annette; and sisters, Debbie and her children, J.T., Justin and Jacob, Kathie and her husband, Donald and their daughter, Amber."

Mark E. Honey lists her husband as Hiram Leach who d. 17 Aug 1891, son of Obed Leach and Mary Bartlett. Abigail grew up in the same neighborhood as Hiram, whose father was the local merchant. Their children were raised by her parents after her untimely death, perhaps in childbirth. Hiram m. twice more, and is buried with his first two wives in the family cemetery on the John Leach farm.
A note in Ancestry.com in 2013 offers: "Abigail Leach grew up in the same neighborhood with Hiram Leach. Hiram's father, Capt. Obed Leach, was the local merchant. Hiram and Abigail had a brief marriage which produced 3 children. Abigail died on Dec. 29, 1832, probably from complications from childbirth. Their children were raised by their grandparents, John and Abigail Leach. Hiram married twice more and eventually moved to Orland. He is buried with his first two wives in the family cemetery on the John Leach farm."
