[31522] OneWorldTree attributes three wives to Thomas, and it is not positive that Lucy is mother of Benjamin.
[49396] The unverified file LZWQ-P5B in familysearch offers: "When Peter Littlefield Jr. was born in 1737, in Ogunquit, York, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, his father, Peter Littlefield, was 39 and his mother, Abigail Storer, was 33. He married Esther Banks on 16 December 1761, in Wells, York, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 6 daughters. He died on 16 July 1808, in Wells, York, Massachusetts, United States, at the age of 71."
