This Nicholas died c. 1303, whereupon Margery obtained licence to remarry, and asserted her right in dower. Soon afterwards Ralph le Sauvage and his wife Margery (who alone quitclaimed for herself and her heirs) by fine completed the transfer of the manor of Benhall to Guy Ferre the younger, which had been commenced in 1290 by Nicholas Crioll the younger."

Mary is daughter of Charles T. Pangborn (b. in NJ) and Charity Hough (b. in NY). From The Dawson Leader, Tuesday, February 27, 1912, Page 5: "LAID TO REST -
On early Monday morning, February 19, 1912, the death angel visited the home of Mr. T. E. Glass of this city and took from it a loving wife, mother and neighbor, a devout Christian, and an earnest and respected member of the Congregational church of this place. To have known the deceased was all that was necessary to love and respect her, as her very personality, kind and gentle disposition, won the highest and most estimable admiration of all. In her death the community in general has suffered a loss that only the flight of time and the onrolling years to come can blot from memory's pages, a last lingering thought in the minds of those to whom she is yet dear. "His will be done" - let posterity look to a life that should ever be their beacon light - thru all the ages. Mary H. Pangborn was born in Camden, New Jersey, October 22, 1848; departed this life at her home in Dawson, February 19, 1912, at the age of 68 years, 3 months and 27 days. She was united in marriage to Thomas E. Glass, September 26, 1866, and removed to North Dakota in 1884, which has ever since been her home. To this union eleven children came, of whom eight, with the husband, survive to mourn their loss, as follows: Mrs. John Harte of Shelby, Montana. Mrs. P. M. Immel of Sykeston, North Dakota. C. E. Glass of Jamestown, North Dakota. Mrs. J. C. Williams of St. Paul, Minnesota. Mrs. W. F. Hoover of Ferndale, Washington. Wm. H. Glass of Jamestown, North Dakota.
Mrs. George Baker of Dawson, North Dakota. Warrel P. Glass of Jamestown, North Dakota, who is in a hospital in Brainerd, Minnesota, and owing to his critical condition, could not be informed of his mother's death. Seven brothers and three sisters, with twenty grand children also survive her. The brothers and sisters are:
Edward, Warrel, James, Thomas and John of New York City. Mrs. Ann Taylor of Brooklyn, New York. Mrs. Josephine Glass of New Hampton, Iowa. Mrs. Emma Eheler of Banks, North Dakota. The funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Congregational church, conducted by Rev. L. F. Spangenberg of Oriska, a former pastor of the Congregational church here, assisted by Rev. J. E. June, the present pastor. The church was filled with a large gathering of relatives and friends, to bestow their last earthly tributes of respect to a departed kin and friend. The remains were laid to rest in the Dawson cemetery." [24271] AKA Constance d'Arles. She is the same person as Constance de Taillefer, also shown here as a wife of Robert II, King of France, and as Constance of Provence in this database. Her ancestry shown here is from "The Palatine Immigrant," Vol. 21, No. 1 (Columbus, OH: Palatines to America, 1995) which extends back to Pharaoh Ramses I (b. ca. 1350 BC). A note associated with her grave in http://www.findagrave.com states: "Born the daughter of Guillaume III Taillefer, Comte de Provence and Adelaide d'Anjou about 973. About 1001 she became the third wife of Robert II of France. His previous wife, Bertha of Burgundy was cousin to Pope Gregory V who would not sanction the marriage to Constance and Robert was excommunicated. After extended negotiations, however, with a new Pope, Silvester II, the marriage to Bertha was finally annulled. The Burgundians remained Constance's political opponants and her marriage contentious. At her urging, their eldest son, Hugues, was crowned co-king to his father in 1017. Hugues' open rebellion in 1025 failed and he fled, dying the following year a fugitive. She encourage further revolt from her sons, and by 1029 the king was at was with his sons Henri and Robert. The king died in the field in 1031 at Melun, France, and Henri succeeded him as Henri I though Constance favored Robert for the throne. She retired from court upon Henri's accension and formed a powerful insurgency against him, seizing her dower lands and driving Henri into Normandy, where he allied there with the Duke. He returned to besiege his mother at at her hold in Poissy, and although she escaped, she eventually surendered to Henri. She died soon after at about age 60, and was buried beside her husband. She has occasionally been referred to as Constance de Taillefer or Constance de Provence."
