Soldiers and Sailors in the War of the Revolution.) On Oct. 6, 1841, John's widow Sarah applied for and was granted a pension of $62.40 per annum "to commence on the 4th day of March 1843.' John Fullerton and Sarah Whitaker, both of Union River (now Ellsworth) married 14-Jul-1791 at Blue Hill, Maine by Nicholas Holt, Esq." John is son of John B. Fullerton (1733-1819) & Mary Black (1732-1779; m. in 1756 in Suffolk Co., MA).
