She was a graduate of Temple University and a member of the American Association of University Women and the N.J. Education Association. She had been a third-grade teacher at the No. 1 School in Lindenwold, from which she retired many years ago. Mrs. Howe is survived by a daughter, Margery H. Smith of Mount Laurel; a son, Robert B. of Chester, Va.; and five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 9:45 a.m. Sunday at the Lutheran Home Chapel, 255 E. Main St, Moorestown. Burial will be in Bloomfield Cemetery in New Bloomfield, Pa."
