He and his wife, Sarah, had celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary last Feb. 8. Shover was born in Pennsylvania, and came to Ohio at the age of 18. He had spent the past 61 years in the vicinity of Shelby. In addition to his widow and his brother in Mansfield, a daughter. Mrs. B. L. Nelson, at home, survives. Funeral services will be held at the late home Sunday at 2:30 p. m., with Rev. Bruce Young, Shelby, officiating. Burial will be in London cemetery. He had been a member of the London Lutheran church."
