"Harrisburg Telegraph [Harrisburg, PA], 9 December 1939," p. 3: "Services for Oliver S. Yohn, 79, 27 Ninth street, Lemoyne, a former resident of Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg, who died at his home Friday, will be held Monday at 1 p. m. at the Myers funeral home, 37 East Main street, Mechanicsburg, the Rev. Marshall E. Brenneman, pastor of the Trinity Church, officiating. Burial will be on the Trindle Spring Lutheran Cemetery, The body may be viewed at the funeral home, Sunday from 7 to 9 p. m. From 1886 to 1904 Mr. Yohn was associated with the Yohn Brothers music store in Harrisburg. He was later engaged in the piano sales business in New York, and was a member of the National Piano Men's Association and the Trinity Lutheran Church, Mechanicsburg. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary E. Yohn, and the following children, R. Wallace Yohn, Danville; Brandt M., of Covington, Ky., and Mrs. H. Nalbandi, at home and five grandchildren and three nephews."
