[59113] Maxwell's obituary: "Maxwell L. Emerson, 84, went to be with the Love of his life Glennis Emerson on March 19, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 4, 1935 in Jonesport to the late Lawrence and Rachael (Faulkingham) Emerson. He was a hard worker, even though being disabled, making a living as a lobster fisherman, clam digger, and what ever it took to provide for his family. Even though he didn't consider it work, he loved being on the water, his times visiting Crowley Island, and especially all the times he shared with Glennis and their family. He is survived by his daughter Sandra Emerson; his son Gregory Emerson and wife Janice; grandchildren - Jessica Peabody and partner Brad Jellison, Brent Davis , Crystal Davis and partner Alvin Beal; great-grandchildren Maxwell 'Little Max' Matthews, Brooke and Nathaniel (Davis) Carter, and Alvin Beal Jr.; brothers - Larry and Clifton Emerson ; sisters - Lucille Albee , Carla Merritt, and Darlene Carver. He was predeceased by his wife of 53 years Glennis (Norton) Emerson on Nov. 3, 2014, and who he longed to be reunited with since that date. In addition to Glennis, and his parents he was predeceased by four brothers- Ernest, George, Sherman , and Robert , and a sister Delanie Beal."

[46069] Which was Mary's husband, or were both? For her m. with Henry Blaisdell see the unverified file LCSB-GKF in familysearch.org which states she is daughter of Jarret Haddon (1602-1689) & Marie Margaret Draper (1612-1672 ; m. ca. 1633 in Duxbury, Plymouth Colony, MA).
[25109] NEGHR for July, 1917, p. 236 states: "Sir Gilbert Jocelyn, a wealthy Norman knight, came into England, it is said, with the Conqueror, and married the daughter of a Saxon thane. He settled in Lincolnshire, where he held of Gilbert of Gaunt the lordships of Semperingham and Tyhrrington." His son, Gilbert, became a priest and "held the livings of Semperingham and Tyrrington. [Gilbert] was clerk to the Bishops of Lincoln, but refused to accept the office of Archdeacon of Lincoln. [Gilbert] founded at Semperingham an order for monks and nuns which was later known as the Gilbertine Order. Many miracles are said to have been wrought for those who prayed at his tomb, and in 1202 he was canonized by Pope Innocent III as St. Gilbert of Semperingham, 4 Fe. being his commemoration day."
