She was born Feb. 19, 1883 at Beals, the daughter of Eben and Nancy (Alley) Beal. She was the widow of Napoleon R. Beal. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church of Jonesport. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Orrin (Phoebe) Chandler, Mrs. Leola Barnes, Mrs. Myron (Elva) Crowley and Mrs. Arnold (Phyllis) Beal, all of Jonesport; four sons, John H. Beal, Theodore Beal, Arlin Beal, all of Jonesport, and James Beal, Addison; 38 grandchildren; 124 great-grandchildren and 87 great-great-grandchildren."
