[2061] http://www.art-science.com/Ken/Genealogy/PD/ch48_Gascony.html offers: "Loup died in 774 & the duchy devolved onto Loup II. He did not last long. He was either killed by Charlemagne in 778 or locked up then & only killed thirteen years later. Either way, it was a poor lookout for Loup but not surprising, in view of what he had done to Charlemagne, which we will examine below. Loup had married Numabela of Cantabria in about 770, bringing more Visigoth blood into the Delaforce line. She was the daughter of Fruela of Cantabria, (?705 - ?765), who's son Roderic is also a Delaforce." Elizabeth is said to be daughter of Elizabeth Paine and William Hammond. Find A Grave memorial 37101687 offers: "Samuel House married about April 1636 Elizabeth Hammond, daughter of William Hammong {1631, Watertown}. She was presumably dead before 1 October 1661 (when her two eldest children were granted administration on their father's estate) and was certainly dead before 1 July 1662 (when her father called her "my daughter Elizabeth House deceased."
They had 7 children: Elizabeth Sutton, Samuel, Sarah, John, John again, Joseph & Hannah. In his will of 1 July 1662, William Hammond, Samuel House's father-in-law, included a bequest to "the four children of my daughter Elizabeth House deceased." These four surviving children would be the two eldest, who were granted administration on their father's estate, and the two youngest, who chose their guardian not long after."

[11411] Charles VI was expelled from Navarre by his father despite having inherited the kingdom from his mother. After nine years of civil war he was captured, imprisoned, released to exile in France and Italy, and then returned to Navarre and again imprisoned in 1459. New revolts forced John II to recognize his son's succession in 1461, but within three months Charles was dead, perhaps poisoned. See http://www.bartleby.com/65/ch/CharlesVi.html
