She enjoyed knitting. She is survived by her three children: Marcus Burpee and wife Jackie, Joan Black and husband Bill, and Michael Burpee and partner Donna Anthony. Three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and 3 great great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband Luther Burpee, second husband Elwin Pierce and two sisters."

He had four sons and two daughters with Priscilla Osborn between 1700 and 1710. He died on December 1, 1722, in New Jersey at the age of 48, and was buried in Elizabeth, New Jersey. When Priscilla Osborn was born in 1677 in Elizabeth, New Jersey, her father, Joseph, was 41, and her mother, Priscilla, was 27. . . . . She died on December 16, 1723, in her hometown at the age of 46, and was buried there."
