[3856] Harold was raised in Grenland, Norway (NOT Greenland), and was made an under-king of Vingulmark, Vestfold and Agdir about 960 by Harald "Bluetooth" (King of Denmark). He was murdered about 995 by foster sister Sigrid Storrada "the Haughty" (she b. ca. 952). Harold and Åsta settled in Viken (the Oslo fjord area), but we do not know if Olaf was born there or elsewhere.
