He was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Herrick; a brother, Richard Herrick; and a sister, Myrtle Elaine Herrick. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his children, Cindy Lou Lake of Nebraska, Donald Ristow of South Carolina, Kathleen B. Herrick of Connecticut, Theresa Crosby of South Carolina, Janice Marble of Massachusetts, Robin Zordan of Connecticut, Matthew Herrick of South Carolina and James E.
