Hill Rd. died in Park Avenue Hospital at 9:15 Thursday evening. She had been ill for one week. Mrs. Klepper was born Aug. 26, 1874, in Texas. She lived in Crowell, Tex., for many years and came to California in 1920 from Stanton, Tex. Two years ago she moved to Pomona from Los Angeles. Mrs. Klepper was a member of the Christian Church in Crowell. She is survived by a son, Sheldon W. Klepper of Pomona; two daughters, Isabelle Swarner of Riverside and Minnie Lee Kruger of Los Angeles; two brothers, Tom Westbrook of Truscott, Tex., and Benton Westbrook of Fayetteville, Ark.; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren."
