He was a member of the Wakefield Retired Club and a collector at St. Jean Baptiste Church, Lynn. In World War II he was in the Navy serving on the USS Princeton. Mr. Hutchins also leaves a daughter, Martha Waldo of North Reading; a brother, Robert Flynn of Revere; a sister, Mary Lewis of Lynn; a grandson and several nieces and nephews"

Mrs. Rice was a daughter of the late Isaac and Julia Stambaugh, North Codorus township. Her husband died 12 years ago.
