Tim Powys-Lybbe at http://www.freewebz.com/powys/pl_tree/ps02/ps02_356.htm states Sir Philip is "Of Shrubland Hall, Suffolk. Sheriff of Norfolk & Suffolk." Ancestry.com offers: "Booth Name Meaning - Northern English and Scottish: topographic name for someone who lived in a small hut or bothy, Middle English both(e), especially a cowman or shepherd. The word is of Scandinavian origin (compare Old Danish both, Old Norse buĂ°) and was used to denote various kinds of temporary shelter, typically a cowshed or a herdsman's hut. In the British Isles the surname is still more common in northern England, where Scandinavian influence was more marked, and in Scotland, where the word was borrowed into Gaelic as both(an)."

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Kinsgbury-10 offers John's biography:
Rev. John Denison Kingsbury D. D. was born April 19, 1831 to Joseph Kinsgbury and Eliza Whitcomb in Braintree, Orange, Vermont.
"Dr Kingsbury had full measure of Puritan blood in his veins, which did not show dilution after two centuries." (Eliot, 1913)
"When only eleven or twelve, the son [Joseph] was sent away from home to a private school, where he made good progress and was so proficient that, at fifteen years of age, he taught a district school, and was known as "the little master." " (Eliot, 1913)
"He prepared for college at Bakersfield Academy, Vermont, and entered the University of Vermont, from which he graduated in a class with several distinguished scholars in 1852, receiving the degree of M.A. He entered the Andover Theological Seminary, graduating there in 1856, and was honored with the degree of Doctor of Divinity by his Alma Mater, in 1887." (Eliot, 1913)
"Religion was not a profession with him, but his normal impulse; so conscientious, cheerful, faithful, courageous and enthusiastic was he in its expression, sparing himself nothing when he might be helpful to others." (Eliot, 1913)
"He was no recluse or ascetic, but loved to join men in their ordinary tasks, and was specially ready to "lend a hand" on the farm." (Eliot, 1913)
"In 1856 he was ordained to the pastorate of the Congregational Church in Brandon, Vermont, where he remained for four years. Another four were spent in the church in Winooski, Vermont; and in 1866 he was called to the charge of the First Congregational Church in Bradford, Massachusetts, continuing as active pastor for thirty-five years, and as a pastor emeritus till his death, seven years later. He was one of the few ministers of this generation whose acceptance with his people did not wane with the years. As a preacher he was dignified, thoughtful, impressive, and his words always carried weight as the utterance of one who knew his subject and would persuade his hearers." (Eliot, 1913)
"He was a good citizen, never failing to be at the polls, and uniformly supporting the principles of the Republican party, though never making his pulpit a platform for politcal debate." (Eliot, 1913)
"His literary work was not voluminous, though he did write many articles publication, one on "Bunker Hill," another, "The Irrigation of Plants in the Far West," and many papers of value to his family. In 1883 he wrote the Memorial History of Bradford." (Eliot, 1913)
"He was a special representative of the executive board of the Home Missionary Society in Cuba during the occupation of the American troops in 1899, having leave of absence for the work." (The Granite Monthly, 1908, pg 387)
Joseph married Charlotte Martha Field, daughter of William and Minerva Field, on February 5, 1861 in Brandon, Vermont.
John and Charlotte had four children. They had John Denison Kingsbury born December 2, 1861; Catharine Kingsbury born July 11, 1863; Martha Kingsbury born June 23, 1865; and Charlotte Kingsbury born October 24, 1876.
Rev. Joseph Denison Kingsbury D.D. passed away at the age of 78, on November 11, 1908, at his home, in Haverhill, Essex, Massachusetts.
