Brillhart, 82, Branson, Mo., died Wednesday at a nursing home in Forsythe. He was born in Astoria, Mo., and had llived in Holden, Mo., before moving to Theodosia, Mo., in 1970. He had lived in Branson three years. Mr. Brillhart was a carpenter and farmer before he retired. He was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of the Branson American Legion Post. He was a member of the Theodosia Methodist Church. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Grace Brillhart, of the home; three sons, Melvin Brillhart, Holden; Dean Brillhart, Ogden, Ill.; and Don Brillhart, Winfield, Kan.; four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren."

[47605] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 17 November 1995, p. 9: "Brooksville/Cape Rosier - Carl B. Leach, 83, died unexpectedly Nov. 15, 1995 at an Ellsworth hospital. He was born Sept. 19, 1912 in Penobscot. the son of Pearl and Leila (Wardwell) Leach. Mr. leach was predeceased by his wife of 49 years, H. Elizabeth Clifford, on July 2. 1981, During his childhood years he along with his brothers and sisters spent many days at his father's brick yard on the shores of Northern Bay in Penobscot. Carl, along with his loving wife, Elizabeth, operated the P. D. Clifford store in the Cape Rosier section of town for many years. He worked many years in the carpenter trade and was also a former road commissioner for the town. Mr. Leach is survived by one son, Clifford A 'Kip' Leach; four sisters, Avis Cushing and Elva Fields of Bucksport, Gladys Eldridge of Orland, and Muriel Leach of New Hampshire; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by seven brothers and four sisters. . . Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Cape Rosier."

The Mansfield News-Journal, 1 July 1975, p. 5: Clifford E. (Tiny) Wharton, 75, of 453 Van Buren St. died Monday afternoon in Mansfield General Hospital after an extended illness. He was born Jan. 23, 1900, in Richland County and lived in this vicinity all of his life. Mr. Wharton was a retired employee of the Ohio Brass Co. and a member of the Free Methodist Church where he was a member of the Light and Life Men. Surviving are four sons, Lawrence E. and Gerald R. of Mansfield, Carl E.. with whom Mr. Wharton made his home and Donald E. of Medina; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth Evangeline) Yarman. Mrs. Gerald (Eleanore) Finley and Mrs. Richard (Lillian) Conard all of Mansfield: 23 grandchildren: three great - grandchildren: two brothers, Hulbert and William both of Shelby; three sisters, Mrs. Martha Moorehead, Mrs. Ester Stover and Mrs. La Donna Cooper all of Shelby."
