She was born on April 8, 1895, in St. Joseph County, where she lived all her life. On Feb. 14, 1914. in South Bend, she married Clarence G. Milliken, who died in 1963. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Marguerite Snowden of South Bend; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Verna Chase of South Bend and Mrs. Ruby Mabry of Crystal River, Fla., and a brother, James Arthur Geist of Granger. Services were to be at 2 p.m. today at the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William, with D. Hopkins officiating Burial was to be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Mrs. Milliken was a member of the Northern Indiana Center of the Blind and the Gleaners Sewing Circle."

Rev. F. B. Raines conducted the services. Burial was made in the Oak Hill cemetery. Mr. Souders was 76 years of age. Heart disease caused his sudden death. Jacob Souders was born and lived all his life, with the exception of the last few months, in the Oak Hill neighborhood. He was the last member of the family of Jacob and Ellen Souders of Oak Hill. One brother, John Souders, preceded him in death only a few months ago. Mr. Souders was a well known farmer. He was also miller at Sarcoxie for a time. Mr. Souders is survived by his wife, the former Rose Benson, and six children. His first wife, nee Tyree, and two children preceded him in death. He leaves the following children, Mrs. George Jost of Oak Hill; Mrs. Jim Kitchen of Los Angeles, California; Cleo and Maxine; Blanche of Seattle, Washington; and Alvin who lives in California." Jacob's wife, Rosa lla Benson(1875-1961), is buried with him.
