Deborah is from the unverified file L7NP-R3L in familysearch.org in which the following note is displayed:
I found this profile with the wrong birth date, wrong death date and wrong husband. So please don't edit this profile unless you have examined the primary source records and read scholarly research done on her. Samuel and Deborah (Littlefield) Webber had a daughter Deborah, b. at Gloucester, Mass., 2 June 1695 (Gloucester VR, I :747), who has been incorrectly identified as the wife of Andrew Wescott (see "Webber Records," 6). This Deborah (b. 1695) d. Gloucester, 6 July 1698 (Gloucester VR, 3:317). The Deborah that married Andrew Wescott was b. after 1698 but before 1703 in York, Maine a daughter of Samuel2 Webber (Thomas1) and Deborah (Littlefield) (York VR, 44; Gen. Diet. Maine & N.H., 729-30, 739; Dummer Chapter, DAR, Hallowell, Maine, "The Webber Records" [Hallowell, 1936-37], 6-7 [Maine State Lib.];. Andrew "Westscoat" published intentions of marriage at York on 19 April 1729 to DEBORAH3 WEBBER "Junr." of York (York VR, 119). Samuel Webber's will dated 5 May 1716 [York Co. Probates 2:129]; Mabel Hinckley, "Notes on the Webber Family," typescript [Poland, Maine, 1976], 18, 35 [Maine State Lib.]).121 "Deborah Westcoat, wife of Andrew Westcoat" was mentioned in her mother's will dated 23 April 1737 and probated 19 May 1747 (York Co. Probates 7:76- 77). She was living as late as 20 October 1760 at York when she co-signed a deed with her husband (York Co. Deeds 34:75). The place and date of her death are unknown.
Re: Andrew Wescott Noyes, Libby, and Davis identify him as a son of Richard1 and Hannah (Haley) Wescott, and a grandson of Andrew1 Haley of the Isles of Shoals; more investigation, however, should be undertaken of the possibility that he was a son of Daniel Wescott of the Isles of Shoals and Portsmouth, N.H. (Gen. Diet. Maine & N.H., 739).

Before marriage she accused Jacob Perkins of fathering her son Joseph Perkins. Jacob Perkins subsequently denied the accusation, posted a bond of £50 support, paid court fees, and was "acquitted" (possibly only dismissed after posting the bond). (York VR, 33; York Co. Ct. of Com. Pleas, 7 Jan. 1717[/8]; On 1 April 1718, "Deborah Webber Junior" was brought before the court "for having a bastard child." She accused Jacob Perkins of York and Wells (born 1685) of fathering her son, Joseph Perkins, born at York on 8 February 1717[/8]. The court ordered that she "receive Ten Stripes on her naked back at the post & pay fees of Court 8s, or pay a fine of 30 shillings and fees . .. " (York Co. Ct. of Com. Pleas, 1 July 1718, 5:208)<\p>
