[51069] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 20 February 1908, p. 9: "The death of Arthur D. Hatch took place on Thursday, Feb. 13 at the home of bis mother, Mrs. Harriet C. Hatch, where he had been stopping this winter. Mr. Hatch had been in poor health for some time but the end was probably hastened by an attack of grip from which he had been suffering for a few days. His death, however, came suddenly and unexpectedly. His age was about 40 years. Beside his wife and aged mother, he leaves seven children who need a father's care. The funeral services were held at the home of his mother on Sunday and the interment was at West Surry."
