John Sarver, a lifelong and widely known resident of Buffalo township, died Wednesday forenoon at his home, his death being caused by a complication of ailments incident to his advanced age. Mr. Sarver was aged 82 years. He was a prominent farmer and highly respected citizen, being well and favorable known among a large circle of friends and acquaintances. He was son of the late John and Susan Burtner Sarver, who where pioneer settlers at Sarver, this country. Mr. Sarver is survived by two sons and four daughters, Henry Sarver of near Tarentum, Pa., John Sarver and Mrs. Miller Ralston, both of Buffalo Township; Mrs. A.J. Miller and Miss Vina Sarver, both of Butler, and Miss Ida Sarver, at home." and lists his children with Phebe: Sarah Alice Sarver Ralston (1866 - 1967); Ida E.
