[5148] Robert's name is on several rolls, including subsidy rolls for Scratby from 1595 through 1627. His will of 08 Oct 1633 was proved at Norwich 22 Nov 1633. He and Mary had nine children, of whom Thomas (a twin) is listed sixth. Transcript of his will is in NEGHR, Oct., 1987. For speculation concerning a Robert Moulton (perhaps son of Robert?) as master shipwright with the MA Bay Co. in 1629-30, see NEGHR, April, 2000, p. 217. See "Some Doubts About the English Background of the Moulton Family," Joy Wade Moulton, in the NEHGR, 1990, pp. 245-263. http://www.zeropoint.com/th/harmon_t/d168.htm states that he m. (1) Mary Moulton ca. 1612 in Ormesby, Norfolk, England. For further information, see http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~syafam/hiltontxt.htm. Find A Grave memorial 101797418 offers: "In 1606 Robert declared in a deposition that he was a husbandman, that his age was forty-one, that he had lived in Scratby for approximately ten years and prior to that in Ormesby where he (Robert) was born." (Myrtle S. Hyde, Genealogist, 2009) "In 1633, October 8, Robert, 'yeoman being Sicke in body,' had his will drawn up..... Robert died either that day or the next, as his burial was three days later, October 11, 1633, in Hemsby, he being list as 'of Scratby.' (Myrtle S. Hyde, Fellow, American Society of Genealogists)
