Apparently there was a statue of John Bridge in Cambridge Commons, Massachusetts.
It gives the following as inscriptions on the pedestal.
John Bridge, 1578 - 1665, left Braintree, Essex County, England, 1631, as a member of Rev. Mr. Booker's Company, settled here 1632 and stayed when that company removed to Connecticut. He had supervision of the furst public shcool established in Cambridge 1635, was selectman 1635 - 1652, deacon of the church 1636 - 1658, representative of the great and general court 1637 - 1641, and was appointed by that body to lay out lands in this town and beyond. This Puritan helped to establish here church, school and representative agovernment, and thus to plant a Christian commonwealth. Erected and given to the city September 20th 1882, by Samuel James Bridge of the sixth generation from John Bridge. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. The statue was the work of the sculptor, Daniel French.

[13292] Allen's death year and family information is contradicted elsewhere, but Find A Grave Memorial 100184201 offers: "Allan Jefferson Kyle was nine years old when his parents and siblings decided to go to Calif. by wagon train. They left ILL and began a journey by covered wagon that crossed the Indian-infested plains. On the trip he saw Buffalo Bill and more than once members of the wagon train experienced near panic when Indians approached the train. The train consisted of 72 wagons and 360 people. The log trek started in May and it was not over until December that the family would reach there destination of Stockton, Calif. They would lose the mother Anna and a sister Marie to yellow fever and a 11/2 year old brother DJ. David would die after they reached Calif. The Kyle consisted of two vehicles one drawn by oxen and the other by horses.They were to meet up at Jackson, Iowa. The trail boss was Cpt. Speer."

As the eldest sibling, she played a pivotal role in raising her brothers and sisters. Her compassion extended to her work as a foster parent, where she and her husband provided a loving home for 92 children over 13 years. She continued this spirit of care throughout her life, looking after her parents and later her husband. Known for her immense strength and kindness, Andrea was a no-nonsense woman with a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor. Family was at the heart of Andrea's life. She cherished time spent playing cards, cooking Sunday dinners, attending church, and watching her favorite shows, 'The Young and the Restless' and 'Special Victims Unit.' Summers by the river, gatherings with her sisters, and moments with her grandchildren brought her great joy. Andrea was renowned for her culinary skills. She worked for many years in the kitchen of the Caribou School Department, contributed to Meals on Wheels, and prepared meals for the Washburn Rotary Club. She took great satisfaction in the pleasure her food brought to others. Andrea was predeceased by her husband, Eugene H. Bragdon; her son, Jean C. Bragdon; her granddaughter, Hanah G.
