Mr. Nolf was reported dead the scene of the accident by R. L. Shaffer, Jefferson County coroner. Born April 18, 1899 in Red Bank Township, Armstrong County, he was a son of and Susannah (Rhineard) Nolf. He married the former LaRue Geist in April 1949 at Worthville. Mr. Nolf was a retired miner and farmer. Surviving besides his wife are: three daughters, Mrs. Walter (Hazel) Yeager of New Bethlehem, Mrs. Kenneth (Helen) Mottern of Sprankles Mills and Mrs. Harry (Erma- jean) Cape Carpenter of Snyder N.Y.; a son, Robert Nolf of Worthville; six grandchildren; and a brother, Roy Nolf of merville RD 1. Five sisters and two brothers preceded him in death."

Spade and his wife is Louisa. "The Akron Beacon Journal, 30 March 1932," p. 21: "James H. Spade, 92, well known Springfield township resident, died Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs, Perry Harry, of 1615 Englewood av after a short Illness. Born in Springfield township in 1840, one of 13 children, Spade live all his life in the vicinity of Springfield lake. He operated his farm himself until about 20 years ago, when he retired and since then has spent the summers at Uniontown and lived in the winter in Akron. He was a member of the Fifty Year club. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Harry, Mrs. George Ritter, of Uniontown and Mrs. Claude McColgan, of Springfield lake, and one son, Curt Spade, of Akron."
