She was born April 14, 1870, at Otsego, a daughter of John and Mary Riney Buker. Sept. 15. 1891 she was married to John Logan Smith, who died Dec. 18, 1942. Feb. 28, 1948, she was married to James H. Wiggins, who died Dec. 22, 1952. Surviving are one son, Roy Smith, Zanesville Route 5; a foster son, Joseph Hundrock, Osage, W. Va.; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Caster, Otsego; one brother, R. I. Buker, Otsego; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Four brothers and three sisters are deceased. She was a member of the Otsego Methodist church, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Earl Lightle, pastor, and Rev. Calvin Gilmore, Sherrardsville, a former pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery."
