Fowler was born in Brooksville October 16, 1908. the son of Lemuel and Alice Fowler and was a lifelong resident. He had been a school bus driver here for 14 years. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Rachel Fowler of Brooksville; his mother, Mrs. Alice Fowler Howell of Brewer; a daughter, Mrs. Priscilla Matthews of North Brooklin; two sons, Lloyd and Basil of Brooksville; four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Teaslee and Mrs. Agnes Limebumer of Brooksville, Mrs. Ella Gray, Hampden, and Mrs. Bulah Hilliard, Monmouth; three brothers, Fred, Frank and Victor Fowler of Brooksville; four grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews aunt and uncles."
