[17526] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 7 June 1934, p. 36: "Penobscot, June 6 - Funeral services for Oscar V. Leach, 69, were held today in the Methodist church with a large attendance of friends and relatives. Mr. Leach, who died in the Fairfield Sanatorium where he had been for the past two months, was born and always lived in Penobscot, the only son of Truman and Elvida Leach and had lived here all his life. His wife, Ida Estelle Leach, died 25 years ago and later his only daughter. Mrs Leila Lowe, who died leaving several children who live in Winterport. He was highly regarded as a citizen, kindly and a good neighbor. He leaves two sons, Brainard of Penobscot and Ralph of Dark Harbor." Oscar and Estelle also had a son in 1892 who died an infant.

[33614] Stephen's information is from Find A Grave memorial 55193863 which offers: "Stephen Skinner was born in Cumberland County March 1783, and was a son of William Skinner and Martha Duncan. William was born November 15, 1757, and by his wife, Martha, had quite a family. The sons were William, John, Stephen, David, Enoch and Daniel, and the girls were Nancy, Mary and Martha. All reared families, except Enoch and Daniel; John and Stephen settled in Path Valley. Stephen married Nancy Morrow on 18 April 1805 the marriage was preformed by Rev. Amos McGinley. Nancy was born January 7 (?), 1785, a daughter of Richard Morrow. Stephen Skinner died October 30, 1851; his widow in August, 1855. Their children were Ezra, Daniel, William, Thomas, Morrow R., David D., Agnes, Stephen McGinley, Martha, Catherine, Mary, Enoch and James W., all living in the Valley, except Enoch, James and Thomas. - 'History of Franklin Co., Pennsylvania', published by Warner, Beers & Co., Chicago, IL, 1887, p. 756-757."

(1) James Patch and (2) Mark Haskell, and that Hannah was b. 1617, So. Petherton, Somersetshire, and d. in 1703 in Ipswich, MA. There are other web sites with different dates for Hannah. Weymouth's information does not include children by Mark Haskell but shows Hannah's parents as William Woodbury. b. 1589, So Petherton, Somersetshire, , d. 29 Jan 1677, Beverly, MA) and Elisabeth Patch (d. 29 Nov 1676, Beverly, MA, daughter of Nicholas Patch and Jane _____). Weymouth also states "It is supposed that William came to America with his brother John on the second voyage to the New World in 1628. William 'was the first settler on the Beverly side, having built in 1630 near what is now called Woodbury's point. (ie: Lynch Park - Beverly, MA.) He joined the church in 1639 and was admitted Freeman 2 Jun 1641. His wife joined the church in 1640. His will was dated 1 Apr 1663 and proved 26 Apr 1677.'"
