The cortege then proceeded to the church of the Brethren, near Loganville, where the funeral discourse was preached and interment made in the cemetery adjoining. Rev. J. A. Long, paster of the Church of The Brethren, York, was the officiating clergyman. The pallbearers were representative of the Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance company of Dover, of which the deceased had been a director, for about 20 years."
