He worked at Thorsen Machine Shop, Display Concepts, and also had a small dairy farm. John wore many hats as he built three houses, enjoyed lobstering, gardening and cutting wood. Reitz. 80, of Sunbury RD1, died at 11:45 p.m. Friday in Sunbury Community Hospital where she had been a patient since Feb 26. Born in Sunbury, she was the daughter of Anthony and Lizzie Rabuck Reitz, and the widow of Clan Reitz, who died in June, 1957. A member of the United Lutheran Church, Sunbury RD1, she is survived by six childre,n Mrs. Thelma Zettlemoyer of Sunbury, Mrs. Lucy Wynn of Williamsport, Mrs. Dorothy Lehman of Sunbury RDl, Mrs Shirley Gilligbauer of, Sunbury RDl, Emerson Reitz of Sunbury RDI and Nelson Reitz of Lawndale, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Mame Wetzel, Sunbury; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday from the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St.. with the Rev. Vitold Gobins, her pastor, in charge. Interment will be In the United Lutheran Church Cemetery, Sunbury RD."
