He was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Jackie Lou Ruble, 1 in 1976 and a sister, Marjorie McCready in 1983. Calling hours are Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Byerly Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Nolan Steiner. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Perrysville where the VFW Post 8586 will hold military rites."
