Mrs. Treat is a 1946 graduate of Wellesley College and the Lincoln School of Providence, Rhode Island. She has served as president of the Wellesley Club of New Hampshire and the Lawyers Wives of the New Hampshire Bar Association. She is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John W.
