Nov. 20, 1912, the son of Harry and Grace (Longmore) Goodwin. He was a member of Mariaville Grange, National Grange, Lygonia Masonic Lodge of Ellsworth, Anah Temple Shrine of Bangor, Old Town Shrine Club, and Scottish Rites. He is survived by his wife Beaulah (Mack) Goodwin of Mariaville; three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hamel of Mariaville, Mrs. Donna Marie Holland of Brewer, Mrs. Shirley Robinson of Newburgh,; one brother, Raymond Goodwin of San Carlos, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Forst and Hazel Goodwin, both of Bangor; five grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Jordan Funeral Home Ellsworth with the Rev. Reginald Couture officiating. Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery, Ellsworth."
