They spent 23 wonderful years together in Dunedin. She is survived by three children, Linda Ford, Cathy Bourgon and Brian LaBree, and their spouses Mike Ford, John Bourgon and Deni LaBree. She was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren, Melissa, Adam, Heather, Erica, April, Morgan and Catherine; and ten great-grandchildren, Michael, Emma, Aaliyah, Dawson, Shae, Bennett, Ranger, Mattson, Palmer and Ryker. She is survived by two siblings, Ruby Parker of Waldoboro and Walter Witham of Penobscot. Frances was fortunate to have many caring friends and was loved by all who knew her. Known for her creativity and talent in beautiful card making which are treasured by those who received them. A celebration of life will be held November 23, 2024, at Lake Highlander, Dunedin, Florida."

She enjoyed sewing and knitting, making baby clothes, and cooking for others. She donated many pumpkin rolls to the Orono Commons bake sale. She was employed at Burr's Store and Old Town Canoe. Above all else, Judy was always willing to lend a hand without being asked, she was just there. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard Conroy; children, Richard L. Conroy and his wife, Brandy; Tracey Bjork and her husband, Phillip, Lisa Boss and her husband, Patrick, Kelly Madden and her husband, Jeff; 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren; twin sister, Janice Newell and her husband, Richard Sr.; siblings, Ronnie Hall and his wife, Ellen, Linda Spencer, Patty Guay, Richard Wright and his wife, Valerie; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by Shawn and sister, Ruth Ann Albert."
