Hubbard Dec. 25, 1870. The couple then moved to Wood County, Ohio on a farm near where her husband was born,in Portage, Ohio. In 1889 the family moved to Bowling Green. Rev. Hubbard died in 1906. Belle was a member of the Wile relief Corps Post of Bowling Green, as Edwin had served in the Civil War. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church in Bowling Green and was an avid gardener. The couple had three children, two who died in infancy. The surviving child, Edwin M., is chaplain of the local Elks Lodge."
