Rice, of Syracuse, NY, and two sisters, Mrs Annie M. Johnston and Mrs Jennie R. Coover, of Harrisburg." The 1910 federal census in Duncannon, Perry Co., PA states he is "Inspector of Streams" for the Health Department.
