Known as Erik VI "Waderhatt" Edmundsson, King of Sweden, in the unverified web site (in 2003): http://www.mathematical.com/edmundssonerik849.html - see comments for Eric ("the Victorious"), King of Sweden. In 2007 http://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/SWEDEN.htm offers: "Snorre records that 'Eirik Eymundson king of Sweden' conquered Vermaland and areas to the north to Svinasund, calling the territory 'West Gautland', appointing Hrane Gauzke as jarl. Adam of Bremen names 'Ring cum filiis Herich et Edmund' as kings 'apud Sueones', specifying that 'Anund, Bern, Olaph' were among his predecessors. The paragraph is undated but precedes one dealing with events in 936. Snorre records the death of King Eirik Eymundson when King Harald had been 'ten years king of all Norway'," Cf. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erik_Anundsson.
