Loy of Miami, Fla., former Indianapolis contractor, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the McMullan Funeral Home at Westfield. Burial will he in the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Loy, 68 years old, died Tuesday in a Miami hospital. A native of Chicago, he had lived here most of his life. After retiring about six years ago, he went to Miami. With his brothers he had been in the contracting business on the East Side for many years. Mr. Loy attended Butler University where he played varsity football and baseball. During World War I he was a first lieutenant with the field artillery in France. Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Deloris Loy; a daughter, Miss Marcia Loy of Miami; a sister, Mrs. Frank J. Casey of Geneva, III., and two brothers, George B. and Forrest A. Loy, both of Indianapolis."

The 'Flandria Generosa' names (in order) 'Balduinum, Philippum et Henricum' as the three sons of Count Baudouin & his wife Marguerite, specifying that Philippe was later Comte de Namur. He succeeded as Philippe I 'le Noble' Comte de Namur in 1195, under the will of his father. Emperor Heinrich VI King of Germany transformed Namur into a Marquisate in 1196. Marquis Philippe was captured by the French in 1199, his brother Count Baudouin being obliged to agree the Treaty of Péronne to secure his release. He was a member of the Council of Regency in Flanders during the absence of his brother Count Baudouin IX on Crusade, and during the minority of his niece Ctss Jeanne until Jan 1212. He swore allegiance to Philippe II King of France in 1206, his marriage to the King's daughter being arranged at the same time. [14016] "The Daily Item [Sunbury, Pennsylvania], 27 October 1938," p. 2: "James Morris Schwartz, of Urban, one of the most prominent citizens of lower Northumberland county, died suddenly at 8:45 o'clock last night, at his home, while preparing to retire for the night. He was 68 years of age. A heart attack was the cause of demise, it was declared by Dr. C. H. Malick, of Herndon, who was summoned. He had never complained of a heart condition, and yesterday performed routine duties on his farm, and in the evening appeared to be in unusually high spirits. He was a man of high character, kindly to all who knew him, and his death is a deep shock to the people of Jordan and adjoining townships. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel S. Schwartz, deceased, and was born at Leck Kill. He was raised at Urban and spent all his life there, engaging in farming. He was a member of the Urban Lutheran and Reformed church, president of the Stone Valley Mutual Fire Insurance company, a director in the First National Bank of Herndon and secretary and treasurer of the supervisors of Jordan Township. He is survived by his wife, the former Bertha Kauffman, of Sunbury; and one son, Daniel K. Schwartz, of Valley View. Short funeral services will be held at the home at 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. The cortege will proceed to the Lutheran and Reformed church where services will be held at 2 o'clock. Rev. E. S. Noll, of Otto Station, pastor of the church, will officiate. Burial will be made in the church cemetery."
