He lived in Lincoln, Maine, United States in 1919 and Lincoln, Penobscot, Maine, United States for about 20 years. He registered for military service in 1918. He died on 18 August 1953, at the age of 60, and was buried in Lincoln, Penobscot, Maine, United States." "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 20 August 1953: "Lincoln, Aug. 19 - Arthur G. Lancaster, 60, died suddenly at his [home] in South Lincoln Tuesday evening. He was born in West Enfield, the son of Sidney and (Tobin) Lancaster, May 21, 1893.
