[4199] "News-Journal [Mansfield, Ohio], 30 January 1987," p. 6: "Ashland - B. Frank Paullin, 88, formerly of 136 Maple St., died early this morning in Good Shepherd Nursing Home after a long illness. He was born Feb. 4, 1898, in Ashland County to the late William and Elizabeth Garst Paullin and was a lifelong Ashland County resident. Mr. Paullin was retired from Cresco Manufacturing and was a self-employed furniture refinisher. He was a member of the First Methodist Church and the Ashland City Club. Surviving are his wife, Ethel Kinney Paullin; two sons, Clayton and Dale, both of Ashland; one stepson, Dick McClure of Canton; one stepdaughter, Helen Fox of Toledo; seven grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Fay Fierbaugh of Ashland. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sylvia June Crumlick Paullin. who died in 1951."
