Becton of Blue Hill, and was a member of his 'White Army'. Theresa was a member of the Arbutus Grange No. 450 in Surry. She was a member of the Surry United Methodist Church and was the choir director there for many years. Theresa loved music, birds, flowers, and most important were the times spent with all her children and grandchildren. She is survived by four daughters and their husbands, Ginger and Vincent Williams of Surry, Ruth and Roland Curtis of East Blue Hill, Linda and David Cousins of Blue Hill and, Elizabeth and Thomas Young of Lamoine; one brother, Donald Hooper of Surry; one sister, Evelyn Eaton of Westport, Conn.; seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and loved friends. Theresa was predeceased by her husband, Durwood Wescott, in 1981; one brother, Arnie Hooper; two sisters Phyllis Hutchins and Kathleen Hooper; and one grandchild, Thomas Young."
