My great-grandmother Addie Wardwell Dunbar is almost certainly the woman you have listed . . . .
According the notes I have here, which I believe are in Annie's hand, Addie Wardwell Dunbar was one of three daughters of Clara Wardwell, Addie and Annie having been born, a year apart, to Clara and Jairus Dunbar. These notes indicate, as do your records, that Clara remarried, but show that she also had two children with Samuel Dunbar, Helen (later McMasters) and William F., who married Luena Connor.
Addie was born October 9, 1866. Her sister Annie L. Dunbar was born October 8, 1867. Helen M. Dunbar was born October 28, 1874 and William F. Dunbar was born August 29, 1883.
George Henry Dunbar (who was born April 5, 1866 according to both these notes and your records) and Addie Wardwell Dunbar were married August 12, 1899, according to the State Archives (though the record says "George A"). He was attached to an Army Transport ship (I believe he was in the Merchant Marine) and went to China during the Boxer Rebellion. From there he returned (to base?) in Oregon. Perhaps Robert was born there -- I still don't have birth
data for him.
My father understood that Addie and George both died of the flu in Oregon, but they are buried in Castine so we hypothesized that the family (or perhaps the Army or the Masons?) had their bodies brought back home. My father
understood that their son, his father, Robert, had become a ward of the State of Oregon, but his maiden aunt Annie obtained custody and brought him home and raised him in Castine.
(Annie's notes, and your records, if "Abby W" is Addie, have Addie's date of death as 1907 and George's date of death as 1916, so perhaps he returned to Castine with his son after his wife's death and Annie helped to raise Robert?
Or perhaps Addie died in Oregon while George was at sea, and so the child was sent back to Castine, and George returned there after being mustered out? At any rate, my father and his family went home to Castine to see Aunt Annie
during my father's childhood.)
Robert died in 1955, and his widow deeded the house in Castine to a man who had been the caretaker and looked after Annie in her invalid old age. Unfortunately I do not (yet) know his name.
My father, Malcolm Clyde Dunbar, was Robert's only child. He died in 1999 so I am reconstructing all this without any living relative for recollecting (which is why I can't double-check the "ward of the state" story).

[3050] Christian arrived from London on the "Peter and Phillip" 17 June 1712; he and Mary Cooper married 25 December 1712 at Boston, MA before the Rev. Benjamin Colman, a Presbyterian. It is not certain that their son John is our ID501 - there were two John Snowmans. Christian was at Arrowsic, Maine by 1726. His son John was born at Boston 20 Nov 1713 per "Our Willey Heritage," Doris K. Moore Carnahan (Seattle, WA, 1987), p. 71. From Perley Leighton via Internet, 4/97: "Christian Snowman was born in England; married at Boston 25 Dec. 1712 Mary Cooper, born about 1689 (60 in 1749)(was she of Newbury?). He arrived at Boston from London 17 June 1712 on the Peter and Philip. With Robert Cummings he owned land at Arrowsic in 1725 (York Deeds 2:50). He was a trader on Arrowsic Island in 1726, acting as agent for George Bethune (York Deeds 12:1). Christian Snowman held a lease to Verrin's Farm on the Kennebec in 1731 (York Deeds 15:158). A tailor of Augusta (the early name for Phippsburg), York Co., he and his wife Mary on 26 Mar. 1734 quit to James McFarling of Brunswick their rights to an 18-acre tract at "Georgetown," the 17th household together with upland and marsh (York Deeds 21:82). The area called Georgetown then included what is now Bath, Woolwich, Arrowsic, Phippsburg, and Georgetown. His widow apparently married Thomas Webber. In 1749, aged 60, Mary Webber of Boston deposed that she and Thomas Webber had ten years before had a 300-acre farm on the Kennebec, which she delived to the heirs of Isaac Parker, grandson of John Parker (GDMNH 730). John Snowman of Boston, aged 21 (could this mean of legal age, 21 or over?), deposed that he had lived on that farm with his father-in-law (stepfather) Thomas Webber and his mother Mary Webber. Webber may have been a son of Samuel and Deborah (Littlefield) Webber, born about 1684 according to Charles E. Banks (GDMNH 730). [54640] Ralph's obituary: "Ralph H. Tapley, Sr., 90, went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, June 30, 2018. He was born in Millinocket on April 27, 1928 to the late Ceceil Mason and Edward Tapley, Sr. Ralph enlisted in the US Army, is a WWII Veteran and was given an Honorable Discharge due to medical and health reasons. With Ralph's vision, hard work, and dedication, the World War II Veteran's Memorial Park in East Millinocket became a reality. He worked for many years at the Millinocket GNP and was a volunteer fire fighter for the town of Medway for 17 years, where he was deemed a hero and instrumental in the task of rescuing a youth from a local tar pit. He considered spending time with family and friends as his most precious job of all. Ralph was an active member of the East Millinocket First Baptist Church where he was involved with Choir, Bible Study and Sunday School, as well as being a Deacon, Treasurer, President and Lay Preacher. He was active in the Medway Chapter of the DAV, holding office for Commander, Vice commander and Chaplan. He was also active in the East Millinocket Chapter of the American Legion where he held office as Vice Commander and Commander. Ralph, in his spare time, also enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, filming wildlife, community service, RMHC and collecting old coins. Ralph is survived by four sons, Larry Tapley and wife, Jeri of FL, Edward Tapley of NC, Michael Tapley and wife, Janice of RI and Ralph Tapley, Jr. and wife, Beverly of Lincoln; three daughters, Cathy and husband, Jim Boynton of Old Town, Diane Richard of Old Town and Helen LaPlante and Rick Hafford of Oakland; he leaves behind several grandchildren and great grandchildren who he loved so very much; three brothers, James Mason and wife, Betty of Millinocket, Paul Mason and wife, Pat of NC and Edward Tapley, Jr and wife, Sharon of Millinocket; three sisters, Shirley Lyle of NC, Carolee Brackett and Dolly Richards both of Mattawamkeag; his very special friend, Theo Jipson. Ralph was predeceased by his loving wife of 58 years, Izeldia 'Ike' Tapley; his son, Robert Clark and two infant sons; his parents; four brothers, Stanley Mason, Wallace Tapley, Sr., Lester Tapley and Richard Tapley; one sister, Olivine Malone."
