Dorothy was predeceased by her parents, husbands, Daniel Handy and Morrill Alley, a son, Donald J. Handy, brothers, Kenneth and Ralph Gray, two sisters, Beatrice Urquhart, Margaret Lenfesty, two sons-in-law, Ordman Alley and Tom Sawyer, two great-granddaughters, Brooke Alley and Brittany Alley Estes, a daughter-in-law, Donna M. Alley, and her very special dog Cuddles. Dorothy is survived by her seven children Donna H. Alley, Daniel Handy, Gary Alley, Sharon and Gail Fickett and husband, David, Larry Alley and partner Adel, Kathy Doyle and husband, Richard, Karen Sawyer, one daughter-in-law, Judy Handy, 16 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters, Joanne Rathburn and Norma Milam and husband, Lew, many nieces and nephews, special friends Pastor James Herd, Annie Colby, Masha Pilz, Russel and Joyce Spofford and Roy and Mary Abbott, just to name a few."

[4099] "Mansfield News-Journal, 23 December 1992," p. 20: "Funeral services for Donald C. Wickham will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the Byerly Funeral Home by the Rev. Ken Bowser. Burial will be in Loudonville Cemetery. Calling hours are today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of Loudonville, the Loudonville Fire Department or the American Heart Association. Mr. Wickham, 63, of 409 E. Main St died Monday afternoon at Kettering-Mohican Area Medical Center after an apparent heart attack. Born on July 19, 1929, in Loudonville to Ralph and Maria Paullin Wickham, he was a 1947 Loudonville High School graduate. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he retired from Orrville Products Co. in Orrville in 1988 and was a former employee of the Flxible Co. in Loudonville. He was a member of the United Methodist Church. In 1961, he was the recipient of the Community Service Award. He was a member of the American Legion Post 257 and a former Loudonville Village councilman. He was a former member of the Jaycees, Lions Club and Toast Masters Club. Surviving are his wife, Beverly Yoder Wickham, whom he married Oct 28, 1951; two sons, Douglas Wickham of Cincinnati and David Wickham of Bellbrook; three daughters, Susan Sarner of Dayton, Sharon Kline of Loudonville and Jane Bilinobinh of Clinton; eight grandchildren; a brother, Ed Wickham of Wooster, and two sisters, Shirley Prosser of Mansfield and Barbara McMillen of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Wickham, on Dec. 13."
