She was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church, Brewer, the Daughters of Isabella and the Altar Rosary Society of the church. Surviving are several nieces and nephews." Sarah is daughter of Henry W. Dougherty (1853-1918) & Bridget Teresa Crowley (1855-1928; m. 20 September 1881 in Bangor, Penobscot Co., ME).
