Born on August 23, 1941 to the late Glenn and Hulda (Rice) Dum of Landisburg, Lucy is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Fred Rice of Ickesburg. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sister, Linda Rock of Landisburg, three nieces: Deb Rock of Landisburg, Amber (Darren) Adair of Landisburg, and Amanda Rock of Newport; and a nephew: Aiden Adair of Landisburg. In addition to her parents, Lucy is preceded in death by a nephew, Brian Rock. She will be greatly missed by her canine companion, CoCo. Lucy loved NASCAR racing, camping, cooking, and working in her flower garden. She enjoyed her many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Faith United Church in Ickesburg, where she volunteered with Willing Workers. In addition to being a wonderful wife, Lucy volunteered with the Ickesburg Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, as well as the Carlisle Hospital. She also belonged to the Millerstown Moose #925. She retired from the Shipping/Receiving Department at Lear after 36 years of employment. The viewing for Lucy will be held at Faith United Church, 6968 Veterans Way, Ickesburg, PA 17037 on Friday, April 23 from 10 to 11 AM. The funeral service will follow the viewing, with Rev. Elaine Moyer officiating."

Helen was born on September 20, 1915 in Green Park. She was the daughter of Clarence H. and Mabel A. (Lightner) Noll. Helen was retired from the Youth Development Center in Loysville. She also worked at the Pennsylvania State Hospital in Harrisburg as a practical nurse and at the Newport Dress Factory.
She was a member of the former Calvary United Methodist Church in Newport, New Bloomfield VFW Ladies Auxillary, Newport American Legion Ladies Auxillary, a former membr of the Neighbors Club and before entering Perry Village she was a volunteer there. She was preceded in death by her son, Clarence David Sheibley, who was killed in Vietnam in 1967 and was the widow of Charles F. Sheibley. Helen was also preceded in death by her brother, Chester Noll and sisters, Grace Soule and Mary Noll. Helen is survived by three children, Reynold L. Sheibley and wife, Edie, of Blain; Kay E. Succa and husband, John, of Mechanicsburg; and Virginia A. Shriver and husband, Allen, of Mesa, AZ. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Jo Ann (Sheibley) and Phillip Mentzer, children Julia and husband Dennis Yarlett and Heather; Sue (Sheibley) and husband Ted Adams; Donald and wife Virginia Sheibley; Lori (Sheibley) and Scott Clelan, children Lydia, Ian and Max. Kathleen (Succa) and husband Christopher Kline and son, Jacob; Joe and Heather Succa, and son, John. David Emery, children Richard and Michael. Allen Shriver, children Nick and Danielle; Michelle (Shriver) and husband Eric Ward, children Alyssa, Audrianne, Lindsey and Brittany (husband Robert Rapport and son Daniel). [58301] Mildred's obituary: "Houlton - Mildred 'Mim' (Young) Nichols, 82, went to her heavenly home Dec. 9, 2011. She was born July 29, 1929, in Houlton, the daughter of Stanley and Frances (Bates) Young. Mim graduated in 1947 from Houlton High School. She was a member of Military Street Baptist Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher, and also taught at the nursery school until the time of her husband's death. Mim had been den mother and a short order cook for her father, also a volunteer for the pregnancy care center, St. Mary's Food Pantry and Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum. She was the first female moderator of Southern Aroostook Baptist Association. Her greatest joy was visiting senior citizens, cooking and running errands for them, and she was on the advisory board for RSVP program. Mim received a letter and a pin from President Obama for her many hours of volunteering. She also formed a singing group called 'The Golden Belles' with Polly Taylor, Sharon Fitzpatrick and Dottie Alward. They performed weekly at Madigan Nursing Home, also at Ricker Plaza, Military Street Nursery School, Mars Hill Nursing Home and in some private homes. Mim is survived by five children, Julie and Oliver Lockhart of Danforth, Steven and Jackie Nichols of Delaware, John and Lori Nichols of Houlton, Paul and Bobbi Nichols of Dover-Foxcroft and Michelle and Jacques Bedard of Canada; seven grandchildren, Katie and Joel Duff of Hodgdon, Adam and Katie Nichols of Bridgewater, Stephanie Nichols of Delaware, Aaron and Alyse Bedard of Canada, Paul Nichols Jr. of Bangor and Mercedes Nichols of Dover-Foxcroft; four great-grandchildren, Samuel and Abigail Duff of Hodgdon, Gracie Lynn Nichols of Bangor and Lila Nichols of Bridgewater; a sister, Lois Tracy of Houlton; many nieces, nephews and cousins; a close friend, Polly Taylor of Houlton; and many special friends of all ages. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Nichols Jr.; two brothers, Ray and John; and two sisters, Dorothy Freng and Jean Conolly."
