Ichabod Willey, Sr. Sr., was 32 and his mother, Elizabeth Bumford, was 30. He married Sarah Fernald on 10 January 1793, in Cherryfield, Washington, Maine, United States. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 4 daughters. He lived in Washington, Knox, Maine, United States in 1790 and Machias, Washington, Maine, United States in 1800. He died in 1820, at the age of 50."
