Survivors include her mother of Deer Isle; her friend and companion, Herbert Connor of Sedgwick; seven children, Wiley Eaton of Penobscot, Judy and her husband Carl McIntire of Frankfort, Carly Eaton of Brooksville, Philip Eaton of Sedgwick, Henry Eaton and his wife, Karmell of Sedgwick, Melvin Eaton and his wife, Debbie of Deer Isle, and Theresa Gove and her husband, Jay Clough of Stonington; three sisters, Dot Carter Ruby Eastman, both of Deer Isle, and Marlene Stevens of Belfast; three brothers, Sam Eaton, Ken Eaton and Parker Eaton Jr., all of Deer Isle; 17 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husbands Horace Eaton and Augustus Gove; three children, Mary, Evelyn and Edwin Eaton."
