[20064] Izie's daughter, Lauretta Griggs, provided the information on the family via e-mail 26 March 2000 (lauretta42@webtv.net). familysearch.org lists these children for Izie and Clair: Joan Maxine Young (1934-2016) and Eugene Russell Young (1938-2008). "The San Bernardino County Sun [San Bernardino, California], 26 March 1997," p. 35: "lzie E. Young, 78, of Yucaipa died Sunday at Redlands Cominunity Hospital. The cause of death is unknown, pending a doctor's report. Young, a native of Pancoast, Pa., lived in Yucaipa seven years. She formerly lived in Bloomington. She was a nurse's aide for 20 years. She was a member of Yucaipa Valley Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include her husband, Clair; her son, Gene of San Bernardino; three daughters, Joan Shaffer and Gerry Krotzer, both of Texas, and Lauretta Griggs of Calimesa; 11 grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Green Acres Chapel, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington. Service will he at noon Thursday at Green Acres Chapel. Interment will follow at Green Acres Memorial Park."

They were the parents of at least 7 sons and 6 daughters. He died on 7 December 1859, in Monroe, Waldo, Maine, United States, at the age of 71, and was buried in Robertson Yard Cemetery, Monroe, Waldo, Maine, United States."
